It is located in the very center of Nikolaev and is easily accessible both from bus and railway stations and by a private vehicle. 'City-Center' trade and recreation complex with 'Multiplex' cinema and 'Velyka Kyshenya' supermarket are located nearby. Within 15-minute’s walk from the hotel the central pedestrian street of the city – Sovietskaya is located; it runs into the quay where one can have a good rest after a working day.

A new building, opened on June 1, 2007, is located on the 3rd floor of Vladam-Center in the Central market area. It is 200 m from Lenin Av. and the main flow of municipal traffic which makes it easily accessible from any part of the city. On the 1st floor there is 'Velyka Lozhka' fast-food canteen where one can have a square meal fast throughout the day.
